Each of my wallhangings is one‐of‐a‐kind. I photograph individual elements and assemble digital montages from the deconstructed fragments. This series is constructed using an Islamic tile‐set called girih tiles: with a pentagram, an elongated hexagram, a six‐sided bowtie, a decagram, and a rhombus. I fill each tile with flowers and architectural fragments.
