My photo‐based montages shown here are in series. One is a series of montages done in Sanquhar Scotland with the Kolag Institute on Folklore and a sense of place. My straight photography takes a different ddirection and documents my travels to historical sites and locations where I am gathering imagery for future montage work. Another series is ongoing and is inspired by botany and the use of the scanning electron microscope combined with photography of the same species. Macro photography of flowers is mostly shot at flower shows and botanical gardens. Artist's proofs and limited edition prints are available.
