Anna Chupa is a Professor in the department of Art, Architecture and Design at Lehigh University and teaches Digital Photography and Textile Design. Landscape composite quilt montages were created from her photographs taken while hiking the Camino de Santiago in Spain. Floral compositions are inspired by the golden age of Dutch still life painting. Additional work in silk wall hangings is influenced by Islamic tiling patterns and Mudejar architectural ornament in southern Spain. Her digital photography, textile designs, quilts and mixed media installations have been exhibited in Canada, China, England, France, Germany, Italy, Morocco, the Netherlands, Spain, and throughout the United States. Anna received her Master of Fine Arts degree in Photography at the University of Delaware and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies at Dartmouth College.
